IMPORTANT CALENDAR CHANGE--NO CLASS--October 24th
Grades 1-7 will NOT have class on Wednesday, October 24th.  Please make this change to your calendars.  



Pet Blessing
To celebrate the feast of St. Francis (October 4th), St. Patrick will be holding a pet blessing on Wednesday, October 10 on the lawn in front of the church at 5:45 pm. Family and friends are welcome!

This will be a great event for adults and teens! 

Where do we come from and where are we going?  These questions are DECISIVE for understanding what it means to be human and how to orient our lives and our actions toward authentic fulfillment.  Join Christopher West and Mike Mangione as they creatively weave together dynamic presentations with live music, movie clips, YouTube videos, and sacred art for an evening of beauty and reflection on the meaning of life, love, and human destiny.  You will come away with a faith-filled vision of hope that will instill in you the sheer wonder and joy of being alive…

Registration & Sacramental Preparation Fees
Fees can either be sent in with your child to be given to his or her catechist, or they can be dropped off in the Faith Formation office.   Please contact Stephanie or Kristia with any questions about your invoice.

Please make sure that you have turned in all of the necessary paperwork. Here is what we need on file for each family:

Handbook Form 
Baptismal Certificate (if not baptized at St. Patrick and not already on file)
If we are missing any of the above items, your family will be notified via email this week.


7th, 8th, & 9th Grade Families
If you have a child in 7th, 8th, and/or 9th grade, you should have received an email from Ascension Press giving you information on how to login to view the lessons for Encounter (7th grade) and Chosen (8th & 9th grades).  Please make sure to login in right away, and let us know if you have any problems.  9th grade families---you may have noticed that it said Confirmation 2020, but the information for both Confirmation 2019 and 2020 are using the same curriculum.  It was fixed, but the automated emails had already been sent out.  :)  Sorry for any confusion!  



Children's Choir
It's not too late to sign up for the Children's Choir!  They practice at 5:30 pm before Faith Formation classes on Wednesdays.  Contact Tammy with any questions at [email protected].  



All Saints' Day Party
Our All Saints' Day Party will be on Saturday, November 3rd following the 5 pm Mass. More details will be coming soon!




All Saints' Day Mass
Thursday, November 1st is All Saints' Day which is a Holy Day of Obligation.  Please join us for  any of the Masses at St. Patrick on Thursday, November 1st.  Times will be posted soon.  


Candlelit Prayer in the Cemetery
Please join us on Wednesday, November 7th at 7 pm for a candlelit prayer in the St. Patrick Cemetery.  We will be praying the Litany for the Holy Souls in Purgatory.  


Love Begins Here
Registration for Love Begins Here, the local mission trips through the Madison Diocese, will open up in December. We should be receiving details for dates and locations in November and will pass on the information as soon as we have it. This is open to middle schoolers and high schoolers.  For more information on Love Begins Here, click here.  




Catholic Heart Workcamp Mission Trip
We are super excited to share that we reserved 13 spots for our 2019 mission trip!  We are headed to Nashville July 14th-20th!  We do have a couple of spots open, and once those are filled, we will start a waiting list.  This mission trip is open to students who are currently in 8th grade and above.  For more information about CHWC, click here.  


Frassati Fest
Registration is open until December 1st for Frassati Fest! It is February 1st-3rd, 2019 at the Kalahari Resort. The cost will be around $200. If your high school teen is interested in attending, please contact Kristia or Stephanie!  Click here for more information on Frassati Fest!
