The Office of Evangelization and Catechesis invites you to attend the St. John Bosco Conference this summer at Franciscan University of Steubenville, OH. We encourage all catechists, parish volunteers, parish staff, parish priests and deacons, and any interested lay people to renew their faith and begin/continue catechetical training. The theme for this year’s Bosco conference is Holy Spirit: Teacher of all things (Acts 14:26).
The Conference is offers a 3-day (Friday–Sunday) or 5-day (Wednesday–Sunday) format, and a variety of certification tracks including those for: Catechists, Catechumenal Ministry (RCIA), DREs, youth ministers, and campus and young adult ministry. One can attend the conference as a “track participant” or simply register as a “general participant” if you are not seeking certification. Credits granted at the St. John Bosco Conference may be applied toward Seat of Wisdom Certification.
