Rev. Brian Dulli, Pastor
Parish Office Hours: M-Th, 9am-12pm
My name is John Walsh III. I am an artist who moved to the Madison area about a year-and-a-half ago with my wife, Bridget, from the La Crosse, Wisconsin area by our Lord’s grace (the running joke among many of my family and friends is that I’m a “cross-country, all-American boy”). To clarify, my family is originally from Brooklyn, New York, and I was raised as if I were from that area myself.
About ten years before I was born, my mom, dad, and grandma moved out to Hawaii following a successful business trip my mom had taken there. When I was four years old and about to start school, my dad lost his battle with cancer, and my mom made the decision to move our family back to the mainland and found that Minnesota and Wisconsin had the best education systems in the country. We moved to the Winona, MN and La Crosse, WI area, where I grew up, spent most of my life, met my wife, Bridget, and am very thankful to call our area home.
I graduated from Viterbo University in 2011 with both my Bachelor of Fine Arts in Studio Art and my Bachelor of Arts in Art Education. In addition to an extensive retail management background, I also taught art to the elementary upper school students of Providence Academy in La Crosse over the last five years. While I am an artist and art educator, my wife and I also run our own small photography business, GW Photography. Our faith and relationship with our Lord has always been the cornerstone of our lives, both individually and as a couple.
Last spring, I was offered a position with Frazer Consultants as a Customer Service Specialist in their Service and Technical Support Division and am very proud and grateful that Bridget and I have found a home at St. Patrick’s. I am honored and look forward to serving our Lord along side the other members of our parish family! If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me at the parish.
